About ViaTalk CID Privacy Exception List

This feature allows you to block your outgoing caller ID information, while providing a list of important numbers to which this information will still be passed.

To Configure & CID Privacy Exception List:

1. Login to your web based control panel, and select the 'Call Privacy' option.
2. Enter the desired numbers into the 'Outbound Caller ID Exception List'.
