About ViaTalk Network Unavailable Forward

ViaTalk network unavailable forward allows you to forward calls to your cell phone or any other number in case of a ISP or power outage at your home or office.

To Configure & Use Network Unavailable Forward:

1. Login to your web based account administration page.
2. Select the 'Network Down Forward' button.
